Ordering

Nothing on this website is a completed sale. Prices and availability are confirmed by us on WhatsApp, and an order exists only once we have confirmed it and received payment.

Prices

Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees and do not include delivery, which is confirmed with you before you pay.

Payment

By bank transfer only, to details we send you by hand on WhatsApp. We will never ask you for a card number, a PIN, or a one-time passcode. If anyone claiming to be Ata-e-Zahra does, it is not us.

The pieces

Pieces are sold unstitched unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. What is included is listed on each piece’s page. Trouser is not included. Every piece is embroidered by hand, so slight variations in the threadwork are natural — they are the mark of genuine handwork. Colours may vary slightly from screen images.

Who you are buying from

Ata-e-Zahra is a registered sole proprietorship based in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
