How to order
There is no checkout on this website, and there never will be. Every order is a conversation — the way it has always been done here.

Message us on WhatsApp
Tap “Order on WhatsApp” on any piece. The message opens already filled in with the name, code and price, so there is nothing for you to copy out. Tell us your city and country in the same message.

We confirm the piece
We check the piece is still available, answer anything you want to know about the cloth or the handwork, and confirm the total with delivery to where you are.

We send bank details
Once you are happy, we send our bank details by hand on WhatsApp. We never ask for card numbers, and there is no payment page on this website — if you are ever sent one claiming to be us, it is not.

You send the transfer screenshot
Make the transfer and send us a screenshot on the same WhatsApp thread. That screenshot is your receipt and our confirmation.

We begin
A ready-to-ship piece is packed and dispatched. A made-to-order piece goes onto the frame, and we send you photographs as the work progresses.

Every piece on the site is labelled one of two ways, and the label is on the piece’s own page under the price.
Finished and in our hands. dispatched in 1–2 days. What you see in the photographs is the piece you receive.
Embroidered for you from the first stitch, over four to six weeks. Message us before ordering — colours and details can often be adjusted.
Questions we are asked
- What does delivery cost?
- Within Pakistan it is free, with no minimum order. Internationally it is charged by destination — tell us your country when you message and we will confirm the exact amount with your final invoice, before you pay anything.
- Will I pay customs on an international order?
- Possibly. Any customs duty or import tax charged by your own country is paid by you and is not included in our price — we have no control over it and no way to know the amount in advance. Most countries only apply it above a certain value. If you are unsure, check your national customs website before ordering.
- What is included?
- Each piece lists exactly what comes with it on its own page — usually an unstitched shirt and dupatta. Trouser is not included. Nothing is stitched to measure unless we have agreed it with you.
- Can I pay by card?
- No. We take bank transfer only, and the details are sent to you by hand on WhatsApp once your order is confirmed. No card details are ever entered on this website.
- Will the piece look exactly like the photograph?
- Every piece is embroidered by hand, so slight variations in the threadwork are natural — they are the mark of genuine handwork. Colours may vary slightly from screen images.
- Can I return or exchange a piece?
- A ready-to-ship piece can be returned within 7 days of delivery if it is unworn and unstitched, and we refund by bank transfer. Return postage is paid by you. A made-to-order piece cannot be returned — it is embroidered for you alone — so please ask us everything before you order one.
- Where are you?
- We work from Lahore, in Punjab. Everything is embroidered by our own karigars, and we ship worldwide.
