Worldwide. Tell us your country when you first message and we will confirm the cost and the delivery time before you pay anything.

Within Pakistan

Shipping is free, anywhere in the country, on every order with no minimum spend.

International

We ship worldwide. Delivery is charged by destination, and we confirm the exact amount on WhatsApp with your final invoice — before you pay anything. Nothing is ever added afterwards.

Customs and import duty

For orders outside Pakistan, any customs duty, import tax or handling fee charged by your own country is paid by you, and is not included in the price of the piece or the delivery charge. These are set by your government, collected by the courier on delivery, and we have no control over them or any way to know the amount in advance.

Most countries apply them only above a certain value, and that threshold differs everywhere. If you are unsure, your national customs website is the reliable answer — please check before ordering, so nothing arrives as a surprise.

When it is sent

A ready to ship piece is dispatched one to two days after payment is confirmed. A made to order piece takes four to six weeks to embroider before it is dispatched.

Tracking

We send tracking details on the same WhatsApp thread as your order, as soon as the parcel is collected.
